Oromo Cleaning Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients in Burnaby, Vancouver, and the surrounding areas. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information in compliance with the British Columbia Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

We collect information necessary to provide professional cleaning services, including:

​Payment Data: Credit card information is processed securely through our third-party partner, Jobber (and Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our local devices.

How We Use Your Information

To provide quotes and schedule your "Team of Two" cleaning.

​To send automated booking reminders and invoices via Jobber.

​To improve our local service routes in the Lower Mainland.

Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties. We only share information with trusted service providers (like Jobber) who assist us in operating our business and serving you.

We take the security of your home and data seriously. Digital records are password-protected, and our team is trained to maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding your private residence or workspace.

Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 26, 2026
1. Our Sparkle Guarantee
At Oromo Cleaning Services, we take pride in our work. If you are not satisfied with any area we have cleaned, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to your property to reclean the area at no additional cost. We do not offer cash refunds.

​2. Access to Property
The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team is locked out or unable to enter, a cancellation fee may apply.

​3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service cost to compensate our team for lost time.

​4. Safety & Breakage
Our team of two is fully insured and WCB-compliant. In the rare event of accidental damage, please notify us within 24 hours. We are not responsible for damage to items that were already broken or improperly secured (e.g., heavy pictures hung with unstable tape).

​5. Biohazards
For the safety of our technicians, we do not clean animal waste, mold, or human bodily fluids. If such hazards are present, we reserve the right to skip that area or leave the premises, and the full service fee will still apply.
